In Montreal, you can try almost any cuisine you like, apart from that you can encounter multitudes of people committed to fighting wastes and producing healthy and sustainable food. Moreover, they do care about how to use energy and resources consciously.
Montreal is one of the largest laboratories of "city farmers" and new forms of solidarity: here, they do farming on rooftops, on the walls and in the basements. So we have prepared for you a learning journey where during two days you will be exploring how to "cultivate" an edible city.
